He has led engagements in a wide range of industries including health services, mining, aerospace, financial services, information services, medical device manufacturing, electronics, government, and energy services. An active participant in public forums, Steve has spoken on leadership, strategy, and breakthrough performance throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, South America, India, and the Middle East. Steve has been a guest lecturer at the Harvard Business School, the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester, the Fisher School of Business at Ohio State University, and the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
Steve holds a master’s degree from the University of Chicago and graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University.
